It’s my first time here at Hope, what do I do?

Engaging in a new worship experience may seem a bit overwhelming to newcomers, but thankfully at Hope City, our home is yours. Feel at ease knowing from our parking lot to our Sanctuary, and everywhere in between, you are welcome here.

What Should I wear?

At Hope, it is important to us that no one ever misses the opportunity to encounter God because of an unwritten “church clothes” policy. We want to make sure there are no distractions, no insecurities, and especially no pressures standing between you and your time with God.

Where Do I Park?

At our East New York campus, you will be able to park in our on-site parking lot on a first come, first serve basis. At our Spring Creek campus, feel free to park anywhere in the surrounding residential area.

Will I Feel Welcomed?

Yes because YOU are our VIP today! Our Welcome team consists of our Greeters, Ushers, and our First Touch Ambassadors, as well as our pastoral team and the members sitting to your left and right. And they are ready to answer any of your questions, including “Where’s the nearest bathroom?”, “Where do my kids go for Child Education Ministry?”, and “What is this information card for?”. Be assured that you will be met with smiles, friendly faces, and warm welcomes throughout your time with us.

What About My Kids?

If your child is between the ages of 5 and 18, they are more than welcome to join any of our three children education ministries. Simply stop by a few minutes early to register your child on the spot. Children meet upstairs at our East New York campus, and in the cafeteria at our Spring Creek campus. Feel free to ask the Welcome Team to guide you to your destination. For more information about age-appropriate groups and meeting times, please visit our Kids Page.
